we don't know why you made this comment:you didn't the customs fee,then UPS didn't delivery package to you;even we came up solution,you still do nothing,you know UPS shipping cost to your country and back to China,both cost high,we bear it,and we returned part of your payment,which didn't mean it's our fault,just wanted to closure the order and stopped talking with you any more,so how you can say"you didn't receive the package"??
